FRANK PAGE and Friends @ SWBTS Chapel Tomorrow
SBC President Frank Page will be the special guest speaker at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary tomorrow. We look forward to watching Dr. Page's sermon tomorrow, but we regret that we will not be there to say hello to Pastors Wade Burleson and Ben Cole.
Both will be attending tomorrow's chapel service. We received word that the leader of SWBTS has gotten word about his special guests and has encouraged his students not to engage them for fear that their words may end up on a BLOG.
We've heard that the administration is preparing for quite a show, one person joked that tomorrow's chapel service may be the biggest since Dr. Karen Bullock preached and the torches were lit for her witchtrial.

Yeah,
But Wade is a magnet for people. His charisma is hard to avoid. Ben will have the student body in stitches! I wish I could be there!

Do you think he will say anything harmful to the churches, or anything with which the faculty disagrees?

You dont happen to have the text of Dr. Bullocks speech do you, I have heard from some that it was straight down the line, but from others that the speech was the reason she was fired (not offered tenure) Knowing Dr Bullock, her talk was completely orthodox, she was always loved by her students
I downloaded the sermon; it was a great message!
